No rain for a week, meaning the shaking is still here.
Here is a brief info about the quake jolted on 11th March, 2011.
The 4th most powerful quake on the earth.

Death toll; around 8,000, Missing; around 12,000, Evacuees; around 370,000.

(An action is worth a thousands words.)
- Tokyo is becoming quieter and darker. (Save power!)
- People reduce mail and call overloads. (Evacuees first!)
- The web is the best tool to make a safety check.
(As phones didn't work after the quake, we tweeted each other.)
- The employees of Tokyo Electric and Self-defence forces work hard
at Fukushima Nuclear Plant.
(Thanks but, we don't need power plants. Now we know how to save power.)

- Seniors upset and have been buying stock foods, water/ batteries since the quake.
Shinagawa North has many seniors. (1185/ 4502 - 26% of total.)
Seniors belong to so called 'the starved generation' (born in 1940 to 45) and
'Baby-boomers' (born in 1947-1950). The starved generation fear a 'No-Food' day.
The baby-boomers tend to spend their money for food/ electric products,
and watch TV during the whole day. For me, seniors looked hypnotized...
- TV stations broadcast the quake related programmes only (no commercials).
I am afraid that makes a person more likely to get PTSD.
- PM and ministers wear kinda factory uniforms and announced, 'We are one!'
Hu... Say anything about practical things instead!
Mr. PM, you must stop chaos occurred in the stock/ exchange market,
and supermarket.

- Evacuees head to Tokyo. Not for a temporary stay.
They want life-long job/ house here.
Yesterday, the Japanese emperor delivered the video message, saying
'People should help each other.'
Gee...
Right! He has properties in many safer places.
