Hiroshima Day

6 August

On Monday, 6 August, 1945, at 8:15 AM, the nuclear bomb 'Little Boy'
was dropped on Hiroshima by an American B-29 bomber the Enola Gay,
killing instantly 170,000 people.

Many overseas media reported on Hiroshima today because the US,
Britain and France made their first appearance at the ceremony.
They did not comment on why they attended the 65 anniversary of
world's first A-bomb attack for the first time.

Meanwhile, the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said 'It is time to
move from here ''Ground Zero to Global Zero''. The time had come
for a world without any nuclear arms.'

Hiroshima is here.
If you visit the city of Hiroshima, you would be quite shocked at how
heinous the A-bomb was.

War, weapons, Samurai and worriers are still everywhere.

How stupid people are. They never learn?

This flower is called Kaori Banmatsuri- Brunfelsia (lady of night).
It is a flavourful spring flower.
I do not know why, but she sprung out a few days ago.
So, it might be the flower for the people who died of burns or radiation
sickness. Most of them got thirsty for water as you know.
