the best way to eat Tofu

You need at least 2 hours. Nah, it is easy. You only need a sharpened knife.
  The best way is to allow Tofu a 2 hours of nap at room temperature.
  Then, slice it thinny, and decorate like a sliced avocado.
  (If Tofu is watery, microwave it for 1 min/ 200g.)
It's a raw food dish. The Tofu temperature must be kept between 16-19C. 
Too much icy or heaty Tofu tastes bad. Enjoy the flavour of Tofu!
