The powerful earthquake (Magnitude 8.8) jolted today.

It is believed to have been the fifth most powerful quake to
strike anywhere on the Earth in more than 100 years. -BBC

I've never experienced such a powerful earthquake, and
realized Shinagawa Tokyo is the super safest town for all of us!

No damage reported so far, thanks Gods!

We are OK, but I was surprised that most of foods at local
supermarkets/ convenience stores were sold out immediately.
Plus, many folks rushed out of buildings just after the quake,
which seemed pretty dangerous.
- Gotanda, Shinagawa at 9pm -
Office workers tried to go back home by walking, with plenty of food!
The road traffic was absolutely chaos.
Drivers were in a hurry to pick their family up with a car.
... strange ???
People wanted to do something without thinking...

By the way,
Shinagawa has been shaking at least once an hour.
