filled with Anko (Anko - sweet red bean paste). There are a variety of 'dolls'
like Hello Kitty or Doraemon here, and fillings too! Chocolate, Custard,
Strawberry jam... even Curry paste.
Not just dolls but animals, flowers, gods, goddesses, you name it.

Scary indeed.
I saw many Ningyoyaki stalls near temples and shrines.
