Where? Shinagawa Shirine, near Keikyu Kitashinagawa station.
Local Mikoshi (portable shrine) carriers
zig zag up the stone steps of the shrine during
the festival.
When? at around 6pm on 8th of June,
at around 7pm on 9th of June.
There are many stalls in front garden of the shrine.
