the 11th day of the 6th lunar month.
Eihei-ji Goma-dofu.
Eihei-ji (temple), a head of Soto Zen was built in 1244, having the training facility and the residence for seekers.
Goma-dofu looks Tofu but actually it is a
sesame seed starch paste. Typical vegan food I can say.

Ingredients:
100g sesame seed paste or peanut butter paste.
50g Kuzuko (Kuzu powder) or cornstarch (65g).
500ml water.
-- Mix all, and heat at low temperature with constantly stirring it
until it becomes pretty thick pudding.
↓ Kuzu powder (expensive... use flour or cornstarch instead!)
