18 September, Saturday - Saturn day, moon in Aquarius (the 11th day)

Koyasan, one of Japanese Buddhist sect promoted the Buddhist cuisine
in a unique collaboration with Tokyo restaurants last week.(till 12th Sept.)

 Koyasan is here. ↓
See the details: The world heritage Koyasan

Koyasan is also known as the place to experience an overnight stay at a temple lodging.
Around fifty temples offer accommodations to both pilgrims and visitors.
From 1st - 12th Sept, nearly 10 restaurants in Tokyo Shin-Marunouchi
building served veggie-fusion meals as follows.
Veggie Tempura: 800yen ($9.32)
Onigiri (rice ball): 650yen ($7.57)
Veggie & Tofu plates: 1600yen ($18.64)

I don't think Bonzu (monks) and visitors eat such a gorgeous food!
but very beautiful and interesting.
Tables were in low light.

All restaurants were too crowded to taste Bonzu's lifestyle.
 So I skipped.

There are many temple B&Bs in Japan.
Of course I prefer to stay there. Try some!
